Overview
Over the 10-week collaboration with FINRA through SCADpro, our team explored how design can improve investor education by making financial information more engaging, accessible, and actionable.
The project focused on reimagining FINRA’s existing tools to better support individuals in making informed financial decisions, especially in moments that require clarity and confidence.
My role
As a UX Designer on the team, I contributed to shaping user flows and interaction patterns that simplify complex financial concepts without losing depth.
My work emphasized creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that reduce cognitive overload while maintaining trust and transparency.

A comprehensive usability study to identify barriers and re-engage users with the app’s core value.
We conducted testing processes that included blind surveys, task performance evaluations, and navigation pattern analysis with a diverse group of target users.
My role
Led the usability testing of Apple Health by developing a comprehensive test plan focused on evaluating how effectively users could complete key health-related tasks.
Designed and facilitated testing sessions with participants, gathering both behavioral observations and verbal feedback.
